KJ's Rainbow Snow - Home of the JUMBO - Shaved Ice - Loved by Adults & Kids alike!  Because KJ's shaved ice is so tender and made with the thickest - best tasting - southern snow ever with KJ's fabulous flavors available. KJ's Rainbow Snow, also known as Shaved ice is much different than a sno-cone, or any other type of shaved ice in that it is made by a machine that shaves ice rather than grinding it like a sno-cone machine. The result is ice so fine that it rivals real snow! The snow is then placed in a cup size of your choice and drenched with your choice of one of KJ's fabulous flavored syrups. Because the shaved ice is so soft and powdery, the syrup is held within it's texture, versus settling to the bottom like a traditional sno-cone, or any other type of shaved ice. Since the syrup is absorbed into the snow, it must be eaten with a spoon instead of a straw. KJ gives each customer both spoon and spoon straw to enjoy every bite!
